Andrew boasts a wide variety of indoor and outdoor activities to suit all age groups, utilizing a number of recreational facilities and supported by the generosity of numerous volunteers, public works, groups, associations and clubs.  

There are many opportunities for community involvement — from agricultural to service clubs, organizations, school parent board, and public library etc.

Seniors Rainbow Club

The Senior's Club is a non-profit organization that offers ongoing services and activities designed for seniors. 

Join us for the Senior's Walking Program-9am-10am on Monday, Wed and Thursdays, Coffee to follow 10:00am-11:00am on Thursday only.

Perogy Dinners every 3rd Tuesday. Dine in or Take-Out. To pre-order meals,

Andrew Curling Club

The curling club in Andrew is focused on participation and socializing.  We keep score but don't keep statistics.  Everyone is a winner just by getting out.  

They start the season the last weekend in November and curl until the end of March.

Thursdays at 7:30am and have had 9 teams for the past 3 seasons.  There are mens, ladies and mixed teams.  We have several kids and numerous seniors.  

Andrew Community Centre Association

Our local Community Center is managed by a not for profit group.  Their function is to manage the day to day operations, including bookings, maintenance, janitorial, and overall upkeep.  They function on fundraising, which includes casino's, dances, running the kitchen during community events, the hall bookings, and anything else that comes available.

 

Hall rates have just been revised!  making it affordable and comparable to the others.
