Andrew is just outside of Alberta’s Industrial Heartland - Located at the Junction of Highway 45 and 855 a major corridor connecting highway 16 (Yellowhead) in the South, North to highways 28, 55 and meeting up with 63 to the major oil sands in Northern Alberta.
Highway 45 provides direct access to the Cold Lake oil sands in the Northeast and West to the Industrial Heartland.

The Village of Andrew is adhering to the protocols from Alberta Health Services and will be implementing all reasonable measures of Social Distancing in all departments.
The health and wellbeing of our workers and residents is of the utmost importance. Village services will continue as many of our operations do not require close social interactions.
We ask all residents to follow the Alberta Health Services prevention guidelines, which include:
Use good hygiene practices, such as frequent handwashing
Cover coughs and sneezes
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
Stay at home and away from others if you are feeling ill

Andrew Public Library
The Andrew Public Library is located within the Administration Building
Open: Monday 1-5 pm & Wednesday 2-7 pm
The library is following all AHS protocols for COVID – 19 including mandatory mask wearing while in the library.
The Andrew Library serves both the school and community
Andrew is now partnered with Lamont County
